Wonderglove, Physical Augmented Intermediate Layer

Design Statement: To develop an intermediate layer between invisible forces in our world and connect it with our senses. Specifically, EM fields and our sense of touch. Believing that all things are connected, the physical, metaphysical, conscious and unconscious. Take the magnetosphere. It envelops the planet and protects us from radiation, solar flares and keeps our atmosphere intact. It’s as much of the human experience as the roof over our heads or the water that we drink. A hidden connection to the earth and it’s elements. MATERIAL (EM FIELD) • It is the field described by classical electrodynamics and is the classical counterpart to the quantized electromagnetic field tensor in quantum electrodynamics (QED). • QED In essence, it describes how light and matter interact and is the first theory where full agreement between quantum mechanics and special relativity is achieved. QED mathematically describes all phenomena involving electrically charged particles interacting by means of exchange of photons and represents the quantum counterpart of classical electromagnetism giving a complete account of matter and light interaction. • The electromagnetic field propagates at the speed of light (in fact, this field can be identified as light) and interacts with charges and currents. Its quantum counterpart is one of the four fundamental forces of nature (the others are gravitation, weak interaction and strong interaction.) BODY/BIOLOGICAL SENSES OF MAGNETIC WAVES • Transduction of the Geomagnetic Field as Evidenced from Alpha-band Activity in the Human Brain* • Sensing is capable in other mammals… But in humans, it’s subconscious. So we need attenuation and magnification. Wonderglove Detail .pdf
